RETURN POLICY

1. No audio or video tapes that have been written on or labeled will be accepted for refund or exchange unless authorized by WI Cassette.

2. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from WI Cassette.

3. Returns must be made within 10 days of purchase date and will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

4. Special load audio and video tape may not be returned for exchange or refund without prior authorization.

5. WI Cassette will not pay freight on items that have been accepted for return until the product has been evaluated by WI Cassette.

6. Explanation for return must accompany product.

If our product is defective, as a result of craftsmanship we will replace such items free of charge.

If our products fail to perform, due to negligence, WI CASSETTE will replace such items free of charge.
